I love eating, so I figured I should learn to cook.
Been baking and cooking for friends, family, and coworkers for a while now. It brings me a lot of joy. This is some of what I have been making.
Salami, red onion, fresh basil. Still working on the char.
Mac and cheese, creamed spinach, corn casserole, cookies. Cooked the whole thing.
Flank steak strips, soy-hoisin, red pepper. Green onions made it.
Cream cheese glaze. Took a few tries to nail the rise.
Loaded with mozzarella and herbs. Simple but dangerous.
Homemade custard, Nilla wafer base. A crowd pleaser every time.
Eaten outside, whipped cream on top. A summer thing.
Zaatar and cheese. Getting the dimple depth right is harder than it looks.
Eggs poached in spiced tomato sauce. Cilantro on top, bread on the side.
Chocolate dipped, some with sprinkles. Made a whole batch for a gathering.
Spiced, pan-seared, eaten way too fast.
Soft, pillowy, filled with custard. Added a little jam on top.
